Andy Mantel is the Founder and CEO of Pacific Sun Advisors based in Hong Kong with an affiliate office in Nanjing.  Andy Mantel helped set up one of the first QFII businesses in Taiwan in the early 1990s and shortly thereafter was the founding portfolio manager for one of China’s first fund management companies, based in Hong Kong and Shanghai.  Andy has approximately 25 years investing in Chinese equities and has a first-hand view and investments experience in all the previous major market cycles for Chinese equities.  Pacific Sun Advisors currently manages funds/managed accounts for a major Chinese financial institution and recently launched a China special situations fund called Pacific Sun Nuoxin China Fund.
