Marcus Frampton, is Director of Investments for Alternatives at the $56 billion Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation.  At the APFC Mr. Frampton manages a 10% target allocation of the fund directed toward Hedge Funds/Absolute Return, Infrastructure, and Private Credit.
